Que no! Son repositorios para Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope. Y no son precisamente todos, seguramente que con todo esto no volveremos a necesitar buscar más repositorios creo yo.

Para actualizar el AWN debe de agregar los siguientes repositorios:

Bastante simple es la instalacion de amsn 0.98 Svn con Farsight, pero bueno vamos a explicar rapidamente como tener instalada la ultima version del amsn, que desde hace ya mucho tiempo no recive ninguna actualizacion. Asi como el proyecto amsn2 que parece estar muerto.
Lo primero es desinstalar la version anterior del amsn 0.97, eliminar completamente los paquetes.

Una ves que hemos eliminado la version anterior de amsn vamos a agregar el siguiente repositorio a nuestra lista.

Ahora en el terminal agregamos la llave

Ahora instalamos amsn0.98 y amsn-data y podemos tambien agregar el paquete de pluggins y de temas visuales, la dependencia de farshight se instala por si sola. Farshight lo que hace posible es la capacidad de hacer llamadas de video y audio en simultaneo.

Hace unos dias se libero la version 0.6.7 de Smplayer y esta version trae una interesante funcionalidad, la posibilidad de ejecutar los menus de los DVD. Claro que para que te funcione tienes que tener Mplayer compilado con soporte de dvdnav. En otro caso, y aunque en el menu tendras la posibilidad de ver las opciones de “menu dvd” y “menu previo de dvd”, estas opciones estaran deshabilitadas. Compilar mplayer con soporte de dvdnav es algo complicado, pero si usas Jaunty, Intrepid o Hardy puedes usar el siguiente PPA que nos permite instalar smplayer y mplayer con soporte de dvdnav. Tendrias que importar la key y luego añadir los siguientes repositorios:

Actualizariamos:
$ sudo apt-get update
Y despues ya podemos instalar smplayer:
$ sudo aptitude install smplayer
El cual ya hace que se instale libdvdread4, dvdnav4, y mplayer SVN.
Nota: Estos repositorios son experimentales y pueden dar problemas con tu sistema o no ser estables, actualizate bajo tu propia responsabilidad. Sin embargo, yo los he usado en Jaunty y como podeis ver en la imagen superior tengo mi DVD de Gladiator con menus. Usas el mouse para moverte por los menus y con la tecla “Enter” los seleccionas.
